Steven Wilson to take over the Royal Albert Hall for 2 nights next week
Steven Wilson will be playing the biggest shows of his career to date next week at London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall. The two shows (on September 28th and 29th, respectively) will have two different setlists each night and feature some very special guests.
Steven was recently interviewed by the BBC and when asked about the shows, he answered with this:
“I don’t want to give away too much. The repertoire will be completely different each night. The first night is going to be a version of the Hand. Cannot. Erase. show I’ve been doing this year – but on steroids – with a couple of guests. The second night is going to be more of a trip into my history, which is more aimed at the fans have been following me for years.”
At the shows there will also be a range of special Hand. Cannot. Erase. / Albert Hall themed merchandise, including two different event t-shirts, a hoodie, a pick set and a limited edition numbered art print signed by Steven. These items will not be available at any other shows and any remaining stock will be sold from the Headphone Dust online store after the event.
There will also be signed copies of the new Transience vinyl available.
There are still a limited number of tickets available for both shows – the Royal Albert hall recently released production hold tickets, which are available on the venue’s official website.
